All appointments booked via the website are located at Phoebe's home in Woodcroft unless discussed previously. Mobile services are available for an additional fee of $1 per km to and from the location.

Group discounts are offered if three or more people are booked consecutively or if an individual books and prepays the total amount of three or more appointments. Please contact Phoebe for more information.

Makeup services are categorised under two categories; natural glam and full glam. Add ons such as chunky glitter or gemstones will incur an additional cost which MUST be discussed with Phoebe prior to the appointment.

A 50% deposit is required when booking an appointment, without a deposit your booking is not confirmed. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your appointment time, your deposit is forfeit. If more than 24 hours you are able to reschedule your appointment within 12 months of your previous appointment. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.  

Lessons are available but must be discussed with Phoebe prior and they can NOT be booked online.

Mobile appointments, lessons, and appointments that require extra time due to add ons such as gemstones or chunky glitter will need to contact Phoebe via email.

Phoebe is also able to down style hair, curly, wavy or straight, which can be combined with a makeup application for a discounted price.
